| Mini Beef Burger Recipe |
Ingredients:
Mini Burger Patties
• 800g Pounded Beef, 30% Fat
• 1 tbsp. Ketchup
• 1 tbsp. BBQ Paste
• 1/2 tbsp. Mustard
• 1 tsp. of each Spice/Herb (Oregano, Black Pepper, Garlic Gunpowder)
• 1 tbsp. Garlic Butter
• Salt, to taste (added when frying)
• Sliced Red Leicester Cheese (added when frying)
Homemade Beef Burgers
• Small Burger Buns
• Burger Pottage
• Crunchy Back Bacon
• Mini Beef Patties with Cheese
• Crunchy Onion Ring
• Caramelized Onions
• Extra Burger Sauce

Instructions:
1. Mix with crushed beef with the sauces, spices, herbs, and butter just until combined.
2. Form into patties using a small ice cream scoop and make a dip with your finger (so the patty stays flat)
3. Freeze in a single layer in a sealed container for around 1 hour or until the patties are firm enough to cook. De-frost slightly if necessary.
4. Fry on medium-high heat and add salt. Flip the patty and add a layer of cheese. Cover the pan to prevent it from melting faster.
5. To gather, layer all the burger ingredients into your mini burger buns and hold everything together with a skewer.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
