Ingredients:

Mini Burger Patties

800g Pounded Beef, 30% Fat

1 tbsp. Ketchup

1 tbsp. BBQ Paste

1/2 tbsp. Mustard

1 tsp. of each Spice/Herb (Oregano, Black Pepper, Garlic Gunpowder)

1 tbsp. Garlic Butter

Salt, to taste (added when frying)

Sliced Red Leicester Cheese (added when frying)

Homemade Beef Burgers

Small Burger Buns

Burger Pottage

Crunchy Back Bacon

Mini Beef Patties with Cheese

Crunchy Onion Ring

Caramelized Onions

Extra Burger Sauce

Instructions:

1. Mix with crushed beef with the sauces, spices, herbs, and butter just until combined.

2. Form into patties using a small ice cream scoop and make a dip with your finger (so the patty stays flat)

3. Freeze in a single layer in a sealed container for around 1 hour or until the patties are firm enough to cook. De-frost slightly if necessary.

4. Fry on medium-high heat and add salt. Flip the patty and add a layer of cheese. Cover the pan to prevent it from melting faster.

5. To gather, layer all the burger ingredients into your mini burger buns and hold everything together with a skewer.

6. Serve warm and enjoy!
